Fine Starbucks but my god what a dirty bathroom! And in downtown Los Altos! There is no cleaning log, but it looks like it hasnāt been cleaned in weeks.

The new drip coffee machines have noticeably improved the taste. The space inside is cramped and unwelcoming, but outside is nice and warm even on cold days.

The worst. The staff. The service. All of it . I've never seen them clean the outside. You can see where they drag the garbage bags out because of the marks on the pavement.The worst Starbucks in the valley. They practically sneer at you when you order. I'm disgusted with myself for even going in here to buy prepackaged food.
Drink was not ready by 1 hour also did not include whipped cream. Got it on my shirt too

Hey young lady walked into the stablish manatt 296 main Street known as the gentleman asked her how her boyfriend was doing she flipped the bird at him and starts being very hateful towards this young man young man turns around to his co-workers and starts gossiping and saying swear words on the floor I never went back to that store again that place ain't worth my time this is Los Altos is supposed to be upper-middle-class.
