I avoided taking pictures of the best part of this Starbucks, which is the employees who were AWESOME again! Bring in your refill mug and pedal out to the Bay and back to Los Altos on the Stevens Creek Trail! This Starbucks is exceptional BECAUSE of their employees! It's the delivery that matters because Starbucks is pretty uniform on what they serve. Enjoy the drip ☕!

A great place for coffee in beautiful downtown Los Altos. Easy entrance way, well laid out. Greeted as walk thru the door. Staff was attentive and general happy. Excellent teamwork and countertop communication. Strife to get to know repeat customers. A little slower paced but high on energy I enjoyed sitting back and basking in the ambience. Nice clean bathroom

This is probably the worst Starbucks of the peninsula. Slow, bored baristas, and a single coffee machine brewing insipid concoctions. Man. How did we get so low?
Not many tables to sit indoors or out. Otherwise, the employees are nice.

Fine Starbucks but my god what a dirty bathroom! And in downtown Los Altos! There is no cleaning log, but it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.
