I stopped in here for a coffee mug in a particular size. This is a larger than average sized Starbucks store. There was a person who was stocking the shelves and I asked her for help. She found for me what I was looking for. She was friendly and helpful. The cashier was also very friendly and kind. I recommend shopping here.

Slightly out of the way Starbucks which is the appeal as you can walk in, order, and quickly have your drink. The staff is super friendly and great, and there is often an eclectic mix of folks and groups hanging out and having coffee in the AM.

Starbucks Los Altos style in a nicely remodeled mid-Century strip mall with indoor seating but no drive-thru. The staff are quick and friendly, but some of the seats are uncomfortably small. The food is accurately made to order. Also very convenient right off the Foothill Expressway.Parking: Somewhat limited immediately in front of store, but more nearby.

One of the employees who made this location so great over the past 18+ months was a young autistic man who was fired today for being 11 minutes late one day in February and 5 minutes late this past Saturday. Get your Starbucks fix from a location that practices compassion and provides reasonable accommodations, not from a location with termination practices that violate the CA Fair Employment and Housing Act.

I love this place so much and come here almost everyday! It is also close to a lot of other places and is easy to bike and walk to from where I live. They have amazing staff and are very kind. It's also a good place to hang out with friends. I can walk to Andronicos and buy snacks as well
