I ordered a medium-sized açaí. Even though I paid for it, they forgot to add the granola. I went there to let them know, but they didn’t correct their mistake. On top of that, they were very rude, acting as if I were lying. I used to order almost every day, but now I won’t be buying from here because of these employees. They told me, “The boss won’t allow us to do this.” It’s very shameful. I don’t pick up my money from the street, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Once they sell something, they never stand behind it. If you don’t want to get ripped off and treated like you’re at fault, never go here. The staff are very rude.

You are such a rude employee who doesn't take your job seriously that you don't know that I get aci from there twice a day. You fixed the first one. I came two more times after you. I ate there with my friend the first time. It was perfect. Then I came again in the evening. I had a package made and it was missing something. Customers never lie. You are the rude one who lies. Thanks to you, I do not recommend that place to anyone. You determining my identity is a crime. You cannot flag me. Get a grip. Disrespectful, rude employee.

Because of the rudeness of the employees in the store, I will definitely never go to this place again. I do not recommend it to anyone. There was a product missing from my order even though I paid for it. When I told them, they said they couldn't fix it. Also, they absolutely do not give change. A medium acai cost $25. I gave them $30. They told me they couldn't give me change. I was literally scammed. Never go there. If you don't want to be ripped off and treated badly, stay away from this place. Bad employees.

I have been ordering online and coming in for a while now. I’ve never once had a bad experience going there. The staff is incredibly friendly and always make the bowls so pretty. Highly recommend this spot on a hot summer day, but know you’re not the only one thinking the same way so expect them to be busy!!

I have enjoyed this place as a customer, but I have also gone these last few times that I work part-time with a food app, and the service is different, I can call that terrible and rude, the tall woman with wavy hair and light eyes, only looks at your phone, she doesn't even dare to greet you or have a polite greeting, as if you were a low class person for working on that, it feels uncomfortable to enter a place several times and not be treated well when picking up an order, I even have friends who think the same
