Cassoulet Night @ AOC was a special evening. The 3 courses were complementary of each other and wine pairings really heightened the experience. It was a really delicious meal with staff attentive and very helpful. Thank you as always,
We were there for cassoulet night, and it was wonderful. Great service, each course was perfect. We were here last year, and will be back.
AOC works miracles of complex flavor with vegetables as well as pasta, meat, fish, seafood and chicken. There is nothing boring on the menu.
Fantastic ambiance and wonderfully delicious recipes and presentation of dishes to share....or not! Beautiful patio.
We took friends for dinner it is my favorite restaurant in La. The service is always wonderful. We had wine to start. The famers plate always delicious and a pizza with squash which was very good. We each got a slice it is small but good to share. Two of got the short ribs( I usually get the Spanish chicken or the Zuni chicken. Two people ordered fish. The short ribs were so delicious and a real treat the mashed potatoes and the creamy horseradish were perfect on a chill evening. My friend had his with French fries and are every bit. I loved it so much I took some home to savor today. We ordered a butterscotch pudding and the flourless chocolate cake. I came glad it was busy! All the staff is helpful. I highly recommend AOC. Brunch is great also but only Saturday and Sunday. I wish you'd open up again for lunch.
AOC is consistently a great experience. The true farm-to-table, kind staff, rustic vibes, and warm ambience makes it one of our favorite LA restaurants. Great wine selection too!
Food is good but extremely salty and they use tons and tons of oil in everything !!!!! All fishy are super greasy.
The noise level from the music was painfully high, making it difficult to hear my companion across the table for two. Mixed reviews on the food, not worth the prices charged. The service was very good.
AOC never disappoints! The ambience is very easy-going yet elegant, the service fantastic, and the food always incredible. There's a reason it's still around and I keep going back. Highly recommend it.
Always a great evening ambience and food exceptional Delicious dinner cannot wait to return thank you

The food, the service, and the wine list are always 5 stars. We love it here as one of our favorites to dine! Great memories!! ❤️
Great restaurant. My only complaint is the music which was random, too loud, and intrusive, and did not complement the otherwise lovely ambience.
The food was not the best this time, although I've been to the place before and enjoyed it. The hash was meh, the brioche was piled high with mostly salad, the French toast was soggy, and the omelet boring. The service was the not the best this time either. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times to get a 4th menu (there were 4 of us) and to get various items we had ordered. On the other hand, the ambience on the outdoor patio was beautiful and the M'D did her best to accommodate one our guest's special needs to feel warm enough outdoors. Perhaps this disappointing meal was the result of having arrived before the doors opened at precisely 11:00 AM, ours being the first meals served for the day. I'm sure they'll do better next time. Or at least I hope so.
I recently dined at Aoc restaurant and had a mixed experience. The food was absolutely delicious, each dish bursting with flavor, and our waiter was exceptional. He took the time to explain each dish and its preparation, which enhanced our understanding and appreciation of the meal. However, the overall dining experience fell short due to the atmosphere as I left the restroom area. I was completely taken aback by the abrupt tone of Katie, the event planner. The staff was clearing out decor from a private event, and while I snapped a photo of a beautiful centerpiece, she quickly interjected, asking “If I was taking part of AOC” and later that “I cannot take photos inside the private event.” This interaction left a sour note on an otherwise enjoyable evening. It felt unwelcoming and overshadowed the positive aspects of our dining experience. Aoc has great potential with its food and service, but I hope they can improve on their hospitality to ensure a more pleasant atmosphere for all guests.
I dine here often and my out of town friends were here for the first time and loved it. It's always a comfortable and fun experience. Great drinks, delicious food and I love the patio. I've been coming here since it opened and hope it will remain for years to come.
