Made a quick stop for ice cream before catching a show at the Pantages Theater. Tried the cookie butter and cookies ’n cream—both were delicious! Even though the location is in a busy area, it wasn’t too crowded, making it a perfect pre-show treat.

Was excited for my order, paid around $20, continue walk of fame and as I was eating found a hair in the icecream, I was way down to the road otherwise I would have returned and asked them for an explanation as well as for a refund

Just moved to the neighborhood and stumbled upon this ice cream paradise! From classic flavors to wild and crazy concoctions, they've got it all. And let me tell you, the taste? Absolutely cone-tastic! ?

The guy who helped me was very nice, which is always a plus. Clean shop, delicious treats – what more could you ask for? My only concern is that my waistline might need a bigger cone to fit into soon!

Definitely recommend checking this place out. Your taste buds will thank you.

The gentlemen who helped us the other night was so helpful and kind! Could tell that he genuinely cared about our experience. The ice cream was delicious as well! I got the Salty Os and my boyfriend got the mango sorbet. Both were delicious. With the mango sorbet you can tell it’s not artificial flavoring. Would definitely recommend this place!

Ice cream was great, service not so much. The kid at the register had his hand down his pants and I’m not talking in between his shorts and underwear. Disgusting. I called him out on it and he tried to fight me, a manager had to step in. Who hires these dimwits

My friend ordered some ice cream about 5 mins ago and it took them 2hrs to get here. First and foremost how the hell do y'all hire some lazy incompetent employees that can't understand the meaning of having a sense of urgency. The ice cream maybe good but how dear the employees not even send some damn spoons? Like it's common sense.
Y'all probably lost some loyal customers due to the unprofessional service given to my friend.

Double charged me, accidentally placed an incorrect order, cancelled it and not A MINUTE LATER (I have proof) placed the correct order. THEY CHARGED ME FOR BOTH!! Never ordering from this scammy place again. Essentially charged me nearly $100 for TWO DOUBLE SCOOPS!! Disgraceful! Never ever again.

Guy scooping ice cream stuck his whole giant head of hair into the freezer. Many of the flavors looked melted and gross. Got a sundae and it melted almost instantly, not enjoyable. Sad atmosphere on a quiet night in Hollywood. I’ve tried after several times and have always been disappointed, sadly.
