I am flying Alaska airlines and I had a wonderful experience due to Markus’s great hospitality and wonderful customer service he was at the front desk gate and was extremely pleasant on helping me with my disability and seating I will be flying Alaska more frequently and pass the word into my friends and family.
The food was average. I was hoping for something sustaining. Offering we're tomatoe soup, clam chowder. Some salad options, a bit stale, not fresh looking. Highlight were drink options.
Great place to be while waiting on your flight, food was ok not really great but it is a lounge. Service was amazing, especially Rachelle, she truly reflects what one would expect from Alaska Airlines team members.
