Self order kiosks does not allow you to customize your Burger enough… I don't want salt/ seasoning on the meat patty so I had to ask at the cashier station. 15 minutes had to wait. Fries were not hot, only warm. Burger patty was over cooked and dry. They used processed cheese instead of real cheddar. Processed is not healthy… not hard to use real cheese… you could offer for an extra charge. You are suppose to be a premium Burger chain…
My only complaint was about the Grilled chicken burger, which was delicious, If you order it as a Combo Meal, they charge additional for drinks and fries - which is way more than the $17 that’s presented on the menu.
Solid burger and fries, and cheaper than other nearby restaurants. Fries aren’t over salted and plenty. I ordered via kiosk for a plain cheeseburger (remove everything) and they got my order right first try. Staff is also really friendly.
