For what's in the control of the folks at Klatch they do very well. This was the busiest place at the airport . The staff was experiencing technical difficulties and still pulled through. Aniya in particular was great about communicating the longer wait time to all customers. Although this place was very busy, all of the staff spoke very kindly to customers and continuously thanked us for our patience. They worked quickly to our orders out to us. Really enjoyed the healthy start bagel and crème brûlée coffee. Cheers!

Poor service. Came here for a coffee but noticed 3 workers casually talking in the front while 1 person was handling orders, register & getting coffee. All this while a 20+ person line formed. There may be something else I’m not seeing, but the perception was staff was slacking off during a busy morning rush.
