Worst Valet Service Ever!!
Just park somewhere else. The valet guys were rude. They would just give back your keys once you're about to go. We have a child that was being fastened to the car seat and they won't stop honking and yelling to hurry. So rude and unreasonable!
Parking experience here is terrible. Do not pay upfront
Stupid valet told us cash only so I had to pay an extra $4 fee to withdraw cash from 711 ATM. Then when I came back the valet told a man to zelle him if he didn't have cash. Disgusting.
The valet attendant (A Mexican guy who was there at 5pm PST) had a terrible attitude toward customers. There was no visible sign indicating that parking was cash-only. When we were ready to leave, he told us it was cash-only, and when we explained that we didn’t have cash, he raised his voice and said, “That’s not my problem. That’s your problem—go deal with it,” before walking away.
Later, he showed us a sign that included a Zelle payment option—something he should have mentioned before starting an argument. If he was having a bad day, that’s no excuse to take it out on customers. Professionalism matters—do better.
Valet park scam here! We did not see any sign for valet parking service at 5PM, but our car was blocked by the valet parking servers when we planned to leave the plaza at 7PM. They threatened us to pay for 10 dollars or we cannot leave the parking lot. We told them we parked here earlier, however, their boss just rolled his eyes at us and tried to block our car again by their customers’ cars. PLEASE CONSIDER TO PARK OTHER PLACE!
We parked by ourself without seeing a valet kiosk nearby. After dinner, the valet staff demanded $10 and used other's car to block us from leaving. We called the police, and the situation was resolved. If you encounter this, don’t hesitate to call the police.

Tends to get crowded during the nights. It's a bit dirty since it's on the street level, but overall, I like that all spaces in this plaza are busy.
I also noticed a lot of folks walk around here for those tasty honeymee ice cream or Korean food
There my children had their 1st communion, what I didn't like is that they "organize" and they don't accept opinions from the parents, the teacher Nene, very nice.
My sunglasses were stolen by whoever worked for majestic parking on May 27th and parked the white Toyota Camry. I had my sunglasses in my lap all the way until we got to the Alexandria plaza. Once we got there and had to hand over the car I left my sunglasses in the car as they just fell off my lap and I quickly went to write my name down for the restaurant trusting the car was in professional hands. I came back not even two minutes later as the valet man was still parking the car and that’s when I realized my sunglasses had completely disappeared. In the valets care my sunglasses were stolen and nobody has broken into the car. I already filed a police report and hope to see footage of the lot of that night soon, but I’m not sure who to contact.

Always busy
Valet are very rude I didn’t have my key card for my car and turned me down and told me to park my car in the street.
Not enough parking spaces, and for someone new to trying different culture foods, I wish it would be easier to understand what, and we're to eat, we decided on playing it safe and got Pho it was delicious.
Parking is a scam, do not park here! After having a wonderful meal at one of the restaurants in this plaza, I went for a short walk with my dinner company. Upon returning, no more than 15 or 20 minutes after I left, I was confronted by a very rude worker at the parking kiosk. He informed me that since I had left the premises, he was going to charge me $10 as opposed to the $4 I was told I would pay when I arrived. Pointing to the signage that they had on their little kiosk, I asked the gentleman to show me where that was stated. His response: “Look, I can charge you whatever I want. I can charge you $10, $20, even $50 if I wanted to. Just give me the $10 and you can have your car.”As other reviewers have stated, this is simply not a place you want to park. The restaurants are great, but the parking is horrible.
Terrifying homeless people loiter in front of the 7-Eleven, begging for tips as people enter and exit. The owners of Alexandria Plaza need security guards to make the vagrants leave.
