This place sucks. The matcha is 10 dollars and tastes shitty, the barista got my order wrong and then he had an attitude about it saying that they made an exception to make my drink. Why take my order when you dont make that kind of drink? And i had asked for no added sugars cause I dont consume added sugar and my drink came extremley sweet with added sugar. Dont waste your time coming here, starbucks has better matcha and coffee

Last week I entered the store and I was told that the store was closed. That was very disappointing because I was already inside the store, and the time was 6:01pm.
I wasnt going to write about it, however, when I was giving my order today, the employee was rude, and she also made a face and corrected me when I asked for matcha with no sugar, saying, that matcha is not sweet.
I understand that it is very busy spot and the employees might be exhausted, however, when you pay $7-10 per drink, you expect a better service.
Thank you!

Great location, especially if you prefer your barista not to know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino. You pay for one but get the second. Suppose it’s to conserve the milk since times are hard… Also, don’t pay for extra shots—you ain’t gonna get them.

Quality of customer service is different depending on when you go and who is behind the counter. I have now had 2 bad experiences with who I’ve come to find is this location’s manager. Most recently, had a problem with a drink (they didn’t make as requested) and due to lack of time figured I would get it next time I’m in town and told barista so. When I Spoke with this person, she initially asked which drink and then I explained the situation. Perhaps I was too honest in saying that it was last week. She then told me that replacement drinks are only within 24 hours. I told her that the person I spoke with did not mention that, but couldn’t remember their name. She said she would need proof of purchase and I offered to provide that, along with photos and still no compromise. I had already ordered a food item and at that point was so turned off that I wanted a refund of it. Convenient location, close to where I have weekly meetings, but I won’t return.

Fantastic for working, lots of open space and light, right across the street from the Hammer Museum. Great snacks too!

The coffee was decent, but the wait was nearly 20 minutes. I can’t understand why a single latte would take that long.

Hi,
I signed up to try to join the MATCHA COMMUNITY to try the free matcha latte but honestly, I wish I hadn’t bothered.
I asked for almond milk, but whatever I was given tasted like 2% milk. There was zero almond flavor, and even worse, I could barely taste any matcha. It was basically just a warm cup of milk with a slightly green color…..just... bland.
If this is how you’re introducing new customers to your drinks, I’m not sure what the goal is. I don’t want to be harsh, but this didn’t even taste like a matcha latte. It tasted like someone forgot to actually put matcha in it. Disappointed is an understatement

I dont usually write reviews, but the lady at the register in the mornings is so rude and condescending!! I love my coffee but would rather go to a small business where they are more caring and service oriented.
