We were visiting LA and went to the restaurant Monday night and everything was outstanding! Our waiter Fernando was wonderful and helped us to make some delicious selections. The salmon with passion fruit sauce was amazing! It was nice talking with the owner and we wish you the best of luck with everything. If you live in the area you are lucky to have such a great restaurant to enjoy!! We hope to be back soon!!
We had a delicious meal at Ambue. The service was incredibly friendly. We got appetizers entrees and dessert and every single thing was delicious. Try the salmon with passion fruit sauce, it will change your life.
Came all the way from las cruces new mexico and Ambue was the most fantastic restaurant on all of hollywood blvd. A++++++++++ we'll be back

Amazing restaurant with super kind people. It’s a family business with lovely people and great Argentinian food. The meat was fresh, done right, and hot. The food was flavorful and presented beautifully. The atmosphere was awesome, with a live piano performance. The service was fabulous, and the owner personally checked in with every single guest. The waiter was so friendly. The scrumptious Chicken & Beef Empanadas were packed with flavor. The Chicken Pampa and Gnocchi con Estofado were absolutely delicious. The passion fruit sauce is to die for. Everything was superb from start to finish.
