Service and ambience were great. Clams were really good, but the ossa bucco was suuuper salty. We took it home and rinsed it off with water and then it was edible. We've had ossa bucco before Im the Disney cruise at Palo and no way it was this salty. In fact, it got my wife's stomach upset with all the sodium in it. I brought it up to the waitress in a polite way and she gave us some reason about the polenta and the way it was braised but again we've had this dish...
The food is delicious, and I don't know if we just went on an off night but everything was coursed out in a strange fashion. We got our salad first, then drinks, then main, then pasta. And there were 10-20 minutes between each dish/drinks. The staff seemed tense and stressed out, so I'm sure there was something happening in the kitchen, but it was weird.
