The Semitic, they don't make it the same anymore! They don't add piloncillo. If they do it to save ingredients, they will start to lose sales.

Huge selection and very nice customer service.
Highly recommend. On Saturday mornings Angel City Bakery hosts the Fuentes family who have been making and selling chicharrones locally for over 30 years. Their chicharrones are absolutely f*cking delicious. Make sure to get there early (they start at 6AM) because there’s always a line out the door and so they sell until they’re out (which can be as early as 10am). They also sell handmade tortillas, black beans, and a salsa that just take it all to another level.

Eliseo (owner) and his staff are very kind and their bread is soooo delicious!! Love their Salvadorian Quesadilla! Yum!
