Animal Restaurant is a great hipster spot with amazing food and excellent flavor combinations. Some dishes could simplify ingredients, like the bone marrow overwhelmed with balsamic glaze. However, the bone burger is a standout, served perfectly on rye bread. The carrot dish is fantastic with wonderful spices. The staff is super friendly and accommodating to food intolerances. The carpaccio and yams with zatar are must-tries. The experience of mixing flavors on the plate is fun, and the semi-casual ambiance adds to the overall dining experience. Highly recommended with a great wine selection.
