We had amazing experience here! Eric took great care to make sure we had a memorable dinner. The food was delicious especially the kimchi pancake and hot pot. You can't go wrong!

Assa Dakbal is a hidden gem, known for its intimate atmosphere and excellent service. The restaurant's setting, with low lighting, high-walled booths for privacy, and good music, creates a perfect ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, even at late hours. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including the popular spicy chicken and cheese, which comes in a generous portion. The Galbi is also a standout, with every dish being flavorful and delicious. The restaurant is praised for its solid food and the ability to adjust spice levels. Vegetarian options like marinated tofu with tteokbokki are also available and highly recommended. The kimchi pancake and hot pot are delicious. This is where Koreans eat, serving authentic, absolutely delicious Korean foods, and the best kimchi. The soft tofu kimchi dish was divine. The squid was perfect. The best beer was the gingko. The service was friendly, helpful, attentive, and just the right amount of proactive helpfulness. Parking is in the back. The restaurant is dark, with very high, thick booths for privacy. The music was for a young 20-30-something crowd. Assa Dakbal is a definite recommendation for anyone looking for a delicious and chill late-night hangout.
