Hidden gem that you might overlook, but definitely shouldn’t! French, California inspired cuisine that is unpretentious, very tasty, plentiful portions and good value (where value = food quality, taste, atmosphere for the money, not simply price). We had early lunch here, Eggs Over The Moon w/ tasty Gruyère cheese, ham and poached eggs over authentic croissant, and BLTA w/ a really savory aioli sauce that evoked Cotes de Provence or Catalan. Super yummy food, with friendly service - not asking for much else from my lunch ?Pic 1: French Toast (or just Toast, since I believe the owner is French ?). Pic 2: vegetable quiche. Pic 3: eggs on a croissant with killer potatoes!! (and yes, they allow substitutions - so I got turkey sausage instead of ham)

I came in on a Thursday afternoon, it was very quiet and I have to be gluten-free, but there weren't many gluten-free items on the menu. The owner was there and was incredibly kind about me modifying my favorite breakfast to make it gluten-free!! I also had a caramel Latte with almond milk that was delicious. Everything was so good and it's a very cute comfy location. I loved the bench window seats.
