We usually come here for breakfast which is wonderful but we wanted to try their happy hour this time, it was out first and last time. When we got there, we were seated outside with their regulat menu. I asked if their was a separate happy hour menu and he said, drinks are pretty much two for one, which also means half off. We ordered drinks and fries. The drinks were good and came out fast, but no fries. We even reminded him that we ordered them and waited another 20+ minutes but they never came. Once he finally came back we reminded him again and he clearly forgot. We were one of two tables. They finally came out, we finished and went to the bar to pay to find the waiter and the chef sitting outside the open doors smoking cigarettes. He gave us no kind of discount whatsoever and we left. $50 for two cocktails and french fries. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Hidden gem that you might overlook, but definitely shouldn’t! French, California inspired cuisine that is unpretentious, very tasty, plentiful portions and good value (where value = food quality, taste, atmosphere for the money, not simply price). We had early lunch here, Eggs Over The Moon w/ tasty Gruyère cheese, ham and poached eggs over authentic croissant, and BLTA w/ a really savory aioli sauce that evoked Cotes de Provence or Catalan. Great conversation with Olivier Pojzman, whose photography/art adorn the walls… great reminiscing about the days of Francoise Hardy, France Gall, and Brigitte Bardot. Definitely will be back!

Super yummy food, with friendly service - not asking for much else from my lunch ?Pic 1: French Toast (or just Toast, since I believe the owner is French ?). Pic 2: vegetable quiche. Pic 3: eggs on a croissant with killer potatoes!! (and yes, they allow substitutions - so I got turkey sausage instead of ham)

Laughable service from French staff that all claim not to work there and are just "helping out". Ok food with a nice vibe.

A gem! Authentic bistro with live music. Come support our local French eatery and musicians. And enjoy a great dinner.

I came in on a Thursday afternoon, it was very quiet and I have to be gluten-free, but there weren't many gluten-free items on the menu. The owner was there and was incredibly kind about me modifying my favorite breakfast to make it gluten-free!! I also had a caramel Latte with almond milk that was delicious. Everything was so good and it's a very cute comfy location. I loved the bench window seats.

A gem! Usually come here during the day. Discover that it's a bistro with live music at night. Authentic bistro food and drinks. Great, low key musicians to keep you company. Highly recommended for dinner.

This place has ATMOSPHERE to the max! Bohemian, cozy and relaxed. The owners are French and the vibe is European/ Southern California- I love it! Food is affordable and delicious. Happy Hour on Thursday has excellent piano player. Wonderful place to hang out with a glass of wine. They have music on Friday and Saturday nights as well. Can't wait to come back!

Inaccurate hours listed on website and Apple. Please make the simple update so customers can plan accordingly, rather than wasting their time to drive to your business and learn from a paper sign on the door that you are closed when your website shows you are open.

This place is so cute! I came in fairly late on a Sunday but I was still able to try the shakshouka for my very late brunch! The atmosphere is relaxing, especially on the patio. My food was tasty and not the typical sausage and eggs weekend fair. The service was attentive and efficient. I can't wait to go back with friends and spend some more time soaking in the vibes.

We came on a Saturday night to hear some local artists play. The ambiance is quite nice, but the food is overpriced, portions were extremely small, and not especially well prepared. Service was incredibly slow. Dessert was fantastic, and I suspect that as a breakfast/brunch/lunch space it really shines. The kicker for me was the non-optional 5% charge for music. First time a restaurant has ever done that. Won't be returning anytime soon.Parking: Street parking only, so extremely limited in a not so nice neighborhood.

Not a lot of options but it was still easy to find what we wanted and food was great and prepared quickly. Sitting area isn't huge (especially since part of it gets wet during rain) but not crowded. Overall we really liked it. Definitely worth checking out.

We stopped by for a nice evening for food and music. Ninonina was performing and we had a great time! We ordered: - App: Calamari - 2x Ahi Tuna SaladThe food was solid! The soy dressing was good, so we got an extra side. Everyone else around us had a drink and we're expressing that the wine was great. I think it was the "Freelander" red wine, a Cabernet. Ninonina sings a few solid sets and her original, "Walking Toward the beach". I'm a big fan of the latter. She performs every first first Friday of each month, don't miss her!

Very nice place, perfect spot for a delicious Saturday brunch with mimosas and a live piano singer.
