Food is good but unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience here. The staff were rude, gave dirty looks, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Customer service goes a long way, and this place could definitely improve in how they treat customers.

Terrible food I ordered two different kind a kimbob and spicy rice cake. All tasteless awfully presentable nothing taste like authentic korean street food all the ingredients in the kimbop was old and tasteless one roll is -$6&up depending on the different options. I threw away almost more than half after trying there kombop no wonder there ratings are low. I do not recommend this place koreatown plaza parking is crazy inconvenience and over packed.

Got the bulgogi tacos, but they were tasteless. Managed to get one taco down, but left the others.

Rice is cold and service is very rude. Not recommended to anyone who goes there. Wish they were more kind but owner seems very rude so everyone who works there is trained from
him.

This is a good spot for Korean street food, or used to be. I ordered a medium ddukbokgi today. It was all sauce and rice cake, and one tiny rectangular sliver of fish cake. No carrots, scallions, or cabbage. I will getting ddukbokgi elsewhere.
I know the restaurant industry has been hurting this year, and maybe feel pressure to skimp on ingredients. I like Awoolim’s concept and have supported them over the years, so I hope they read this.

Amazing food and good service, will come back.
Very rude - I ordered a whole bunch of food from this vendor and from another vendor a few stalls down. I had some food left over and wanted a box to go, and the guy behind the counter said “no, since it’s not MY food left, I won’t give you a box” and he made me go to the complete opposite side of the food court to get a box that cost maybe 5¢ at most. It would’ve been way easier to just give a to-go box considering he already knew I spent a bunch of money at his shop. I won’t be going back purely because how rude this man was.

Been to back in the days we call this place KTP aka Koreatown Plaza wow it has changed so much.. the pho place might be the only original restaurant still survive maybe the katsu place.. but this place Awoolim tasty and unique
Well I did give service 5 stars not really for the service since it’s not a full service restaurant but the ahjushi in the front who took my order was really nice and understood that I had my 3.5 year old and it was lunch time packed and he got my order really fast and I think I ordered not once but twice because my kids were not cooperating..
The tteokochi not pictured was not too spicy and tasty
The fried shumai was ok but the tacoyaki was tasty and fish cake soup.. basically this would be Korean version of street food except fried shumai you will not find in Korea as this isn’t Korea also tacoyaki also isn’t Korean food other than that
I would return try others as they do have gimbap..

Food was good. Simple korean streetfood menu. Oden broth was nice. Brings us back to the night market street foods in South Korea.

I ordered tteokbokki and I really enjoyed it! You can pay by credit card from $10 or more, and I was glad the owner was kind.

The food is good but the person who claimed to be the owner has such a bad attitude. I ordered 3 Oden to go and 3 for there. He gave me 2 cups for there with 2 fish cake in the cup. I asked for the soup in a cup as I ordered 3 and he told me no that it comes that way. I asked for the manager and he said he's the owner. The way he dismissed me with such rudeness was just unjustified as if he was giving food to someone he feels so low. If he is, what a rude business owner. I've been ordering from this place for sooo many years, and its sad to know that with one incident from one rude man can change that. I hope your business will take you as far as your rude attitude!
