Workers are not friendly they may have a great sweet to dive in but workers need more training and be more courteous, won't b back anymore

Honestly I've been coming here for years but the recipe has changed. The pudding has no flavor and the size you get is not worth the money. Really disappointed

This review is for March 31st, 2024 First I just needed to acknowledge that the service was amazing! Shoutout to Chef Barb and Rashaan for being so patient with my group. We wanted to try so many of the desserts because they all looked so good! Thank you for making our short trip to LA so memorable! Food - I love all their desserts. We got the Ube Pandan, the pineapple bread pudding, the Ube cheesecake, banana bread, and this really good Ube cookie (I don't remember exactly what it was titled but it was good!). They were definitely sweet so if you don't have a strong sweet tooth, perhaps share with someone to help cut the sweetness. But, for my taste, it was perfect! The Ube pandan was so good and the pandan definitely cuts the sweetness :). I like their seating area and it's very spacious too! The vibes were fun and if you are looking to hang out with friends, I don't think this place will disappoint. When I am back in LA, I will definitely be back and try more of their wonderful desserts! Thank you all again!

Indulge in the freshness of their treats. If you're uncertain about what to choose, feel free to request a sample. The red velvet is one of my favs and banana chocolate is sure to win your heart, and don't forget to try the popular Filipino halo halo.

Stopped in again and got a cinnamon roll (cream cheese frosting on the side) and a ube bread pudding. What I loved was that neither was overwhelmingly sweet. Perfection!

My last time eating here was disappointing, but I decided to give it another swing. I ordered the fruity pebbles tres leche and cookie croissant. Tres Leche is supposed to be light and fluffy. This cake was DENSE and overly sweet! I have to throw it away. Its like eating a wet brick! The cookie croissant is overly sweet as well! Can barely stomach that either. Time for me to say goodbye to BSweet. They've gone downhill.

B'sweet but also.. B'moist as well please. The cake slices are dry, they're sweet but dry. So far I've only tried the slutty brownie cake(like a 1/5) and ube cake(2.5) slice but both were dry, so they might be getting over baked.... The service itself felt like it was being rushed out and like I was a bother. I understand there are customers that can be annoying but you can't treat everyone like they're all annoying. The ambience itself is ok it's in a busy area and the inside is fine but yeah between the one person who made me feel like I was a bother and the cakes being dry, it's a meh from me. I'll try again for the halo halo and maybe a different dessert but cake, no.

Ayo!!! This limited Collab with my Fav local Patisserie Artelice was a match made in Heaven. With the new desert trend of Cookie Croissants Chef Barb stepped her game up and gave us a Banger Ube Cookie Croissants. Most of the croissants you see on social media look dry AF but not these Buttery and Flaky croissants from Artelice. If you haven't tried Artelice then you must be living under a rock. The inside taste like Ube Halaya Jam then on top was a Ube Cookie baked into the croissant with white chocolate chips. Another 5 Star Banger!!! Try to get one while you can...

Came back to try something different and the halo halo wasn't bad. It was sweet, I was kind of bummed on how little of the toppings were in there. My favorite is the nata de coco and there was like only a few pieces in there. The ube Halaya and the langka didn't take like they were house made /fresh...and it's a bummer that they don't have flan as a topper.

Driest cake I've ever had!! Taste like fridge. Awful, such a waste of money I've had a cheesecake from there once. That was ok. Wouldn't go back.

Service was whatever at first. Neither here nor there. Which is totally cool with me at a walk up spot. It's usually younger kids that are just trying to get by and have to deal with various personalities a day. So, my friend and I got our order and sat outside. When I sat down I realized that there was a very small amount of condensed milk. (Like a squirt on top and on the bottom) And don't get me wrong, I look like a 15yr old white boy, but I'm really a Hapa in their 30s. I KNOW what halo halo is. So when I went back to kindly ask for a bit more milk they said it was .50 extra. Typically I don't ever mind paying extra for anything I want extra of. I just wanted the normal amount. The girl was rude and said to "just mix it". I said it wasn't about the price it was that my dessert was incomplete. They didn't care and told me I'd pay extra. For reference, I go to Bsweet when I'm in the area to kick my halo halo craving and I've never had it served to me the way I did today. Ending on a positive note, my friend enjoyed their ube pandan cake.

I got the vegan halo halo and it was delicious! The ube ice cream was the best! :)

I'm not sure what went wrong today. I've had the ube cheesecake in Downtown Disney at least 5 times and it was perfection every time. I decided to stop by the actual shop today since I was in the area and I regret it so much. The ube cheesecake was hard, crumbly, and DRY. The fruit loops tres leches was so hard and dry that it didn't even soak any of the milk in. It was as hard as stale bread. I spent $50 and I wish I never did. It is nowhere near the quality of the items they send to Earl of Sandwich.

So disappointed. I was excited to support a mom and pop shop and everything in the pictures and reviews sounded super promising! Service: Service was terrible. When we walked in it looked like a bunch of kids hanging out. Who then scattered to behind the counter once we walked in, but nonetheless continues their chit chat with each other. I was a first timer, so I asked about how to order and recommendations for the bread pudding. The girl helping couldn't have seemed more uninterested and inconvenienced. To top it off after repeating my order two times and confirming after my order was packed, when I got home realized she did not give me one of the orders. Price: WAY too expensive for what it is and how much you get. Taste: The glazed donut had very little flavor, just mushy and tasted like undercooked dough. I don't even remember what the other flavors were maybe chocolate banana and Samoa? Both tasted nearly the same, very bland and the fracture much like the glazed donut was not like bread pudding but more like a super dense, gooey, mushy undercooked dough. To round off the experience about 1/4 of the way into tasting one of the three orders, I found a long piece of hair in it. Overall nothing compelling me to come back and give it another go. Sorry. I figured given my first experience walking in, it just wasn't worth going back to complain. So I'll speak with my wallet instead and take my business elsewhere.
