Love the environment, the food and drinks were really good, the servers went above and beyond always making sure we had everything we needed.

The place had a really nice ambiance, great customer service, decent sized tapas, very accommodating and overall such a wonderful experience for it being our first time whilst celebrating a birthday. Would definitely recommend! Thanks!!

The food was great!!! I highly recommend the Sea Bass, Stuffed Mushrooms and Mediterranean Street Corn. All soooooo good. Did not care for their desserts, that will be a hard pass for me. The date cake would have been better without all the bacon. I feel it ruined it and the chocolate cake wasn't a fave at our table either. Our service was wonderful with a great wait staff, the atmosphere with great too. With a few drinks and lots of plates for 5, we came out under $300. I feel that's fair for all the wonderful food we had!

The place is beautiful and very inviting. The food was good. We were there to celebrate à birthday. We were served champagne for all in our party as well as a candled dessert for our birthday guess. The waitress was friendly, polite and very aware of our needs. However, one of the server spilled a glass of red wine all over my back. While she was very apologetic, there was no offer to pay for the dry cleaning or offered any compensation. Needless to say it was an unpleasant experience.

I don’t normally write reviews, but my recent experience at this restaurant’s Silverlake location was so appalling that it needs to be shared — especially since I reached out privately to management and never received any response. Over a week later, silence. So here we are.
We arrived for our 8:30 PM reservation and were told there would be a 20-minute wait. No problem — the host was polite and communicative. Things went downhill fast from there.
The service was a mess:
Our bottle of wine was opened after the first dish arrived, with no tasting offered, and both glasses were oddly placed on one side of the table.
Plates were severely delayed, one was mistakenly dropped at another table, and we were served an item we never ordered.
We had to ask multiple times for our missing dish, which finally arrived close to 10 PM.
The bathroom was disgusting — paper towels stacked nearly knee-high on the floor. Clearly neglected.
But the most egregious part of the night was how we were treated when trying to close out. After repeatedly asking for the check and receiving no help, I politely asked another server — a redhead in jean shorts — if she could assist. Instead of helping, she scolded me for getting up from the table.
Minutes later, she returned, threw the check at me, didn’t make eye contact, and walked away. Not handed — threw it, onto the host stand. That kind of aggressive and dismissive behavior is inexcusable under any circumstance, especially in hospitality.
Let me be clear: Our original server was trying his best. This review is not about him. It’s about the server who disrespected us and a management team that doesn’t care enough to respond when guests bring serious incidents to their attention.
I emailed management the next day detailing everything — and nothing. No apology, no explanation, not even a courtesy reply. Just silence.
This restaurant clearly doesn't prioritize guest experience or staff accountability. If you’re looking for a place where basic respect and professionalism are expected, look elsewhere.

The food is phenomenalll. Best part is the variety. Everyone will find something they like on the menu. Every single dish tastes amazing! Ambiance is beautiful. Customer service is excellent.

I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. Most of the food was delicious, though the portion sizes were on the smaller side. The drinks were also quite good and well presented. However, I was a bit disappointed by one aspect. When I made the reservation, I noted that we were coming to celebrate my partner’s birthday. I noticed that another table nearby received a small birthday treat and some kind words from the staff. Unfortunately, despite my note, we didn’t receive any kind of acknowledgment — not even a simple “happy birthday” — throughout the entire evening, even after we paid the bill. It was a bit disheartening given the occasion.

Really enjoyed my dinner experience here. Loved the outdoor feel inside and where we were sat, it was a very spacious area and not crowded together against other tables. Food was great overall and service was on point. Definitely coming back at some point, but parking is a pain unless you valet.

Had a reservation at 8:15 but we left at 9pm s we still hadn’t been seated. I asked the host twice about our table and she told me both times the table was being cleaned and ready very soon - all while giving me attitude as if my party was burdening her with our presence. Not going back. Easy to let people hit a button online if you have no intention on reserving that table for that person nor respect for their time. Delusional restaurant that can’t even handle the very essentials of restaurant service.

We made a reservation for 7pm. Got to the restaurant 10 minutes prior and they told us that they were a little backed up and would seat us promptly. Fifteen minutes pass and still no call of our name. Went up and asked the host, and she said that our table was being cleaned up. Okay, we can wait a bit longer. 30 MORE minutes pass and they finally call us to be seated. However, when we get to the table, the table is placed awkwardly in between 2 other parties, and the bench side has these long cushions attached to the bench itself. Since we were in between two other tables, the seat was very uncomfortable to sit on as there was a weird amount of space in between the long cushions. It would be impossible to sit comfortably without completely pushing our table right next to the other table. We wanted to ask our server to re-seat us, but a server never came to our table within the first 10 minutes of being seated. Don't waste your time making a reservation in advance here because there's no point, still need to wait so long to be seated and served. They need to do a better job of table management and planning their reservations and table rotations ahead of time. I am incredibly disappointed, especially for a restaurant of this size and scale. Do better!!!!!

Love, love this hidden gem, with a huge outdoor seating area, next led under an giant ancient oak tree. Excellent Tapas and quality bar drinks.

Bacari is always an amazing spot, but Rob made this visit extra special. He was so friendly and welcoming, super attentive, and had awesome recommendations that I ended up loving! You can tell he really cares about his guests and it made such a difference in our experience. Huge thank you to Rob for going above and beyond, he truly made our night and was the best server!
