Balcony is run by a really inviting guy that loves dogs. Yes they’re pet friendly, to the max! They have a board with dog guest pictures in it! So adorable!

I will definitely come back here again!! I got a rose oat milk, iced latte and it was absolutely perfect. Nice and creamy not watered down and the flavor of the rose was so perfect. I make my own coffee at home and also make my own rose lattes, and this one definitely holds up to the standard. Also, the customer service is super nice. The guy was very fast and super helpful.

Not the best lox bagel in the city but it is tasty and affordable. My friend ordered the matcha and said it was perfect. I would recommend the little patio area for people who need a new wfh/study spot!
