Quick service with additional seating upstairs. You’ll need to ask an associate for the washroom key. The washroom could be cleaner, but there was soap and toilet paper, so it did the job.
I understand that it’s a little silly to get upset at the fact that my large order of mashed potatoes and gravy didn’t come with the gravy. But also I paid for the gravy and I really wanted to eat with the gravy. It’s like salt and pepper, they just go together.
First and last time I order through online delivery cause I can’t just go and get the gravy.

This KFC restaurant has a two-story building with a large kitchen area and a dining room on the second floor. The building shows signs of being run down and not very clean, despite meeting basic cleanliness standards. The lack of maintenance raises concerns about overall hygiene. The food, however, is a major letdown. The chicken, once a treat, has lost its flavor and quality since PepsiCo took over the company. The saucy nuggets are a positive point, but the sauce overpowers the chicken. The staff is extremely kind and friendly, going out of their way to make up for any issues. They are willing to provide extras and ensure customer satisfaction, and their service is appreciated. The large fry is a highlight, being huge and worth the money. Some reviews mention that food can take longer than expected, especially when app notifications say food is ready but it still needs to be prepared. There are occasional concerns about homeless people sleeping near the entrance, which some find uncomfortable. Overall, while the restaurant has its flaws, the friendly staff and some decent menu items make it worth a visit.
