This is right next to the HFM. I tried the Pork Belly Breakfast Burrito and the Bacon Yakisoba with Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The Burrito was large enough to share, and I love Pork Belly! The Yakisoba was spicy, sweet, and savory with thick cut bacon. I will be getting the Bahn Mi sandwiches next time!
Excellent menu and food. Had the wood-ear mushroom and chicken stir-fry. Fabulous flavors and textures. And the artichokes were incredible! Highly recommend this place.

Banh Mii Sandwiches & Food Togo is a newly opened Vietnamese sandwich shop near the Arts District in Downtown LA. The restaurant serves the special Banh Mi with jalapeños, banh mi #1, and house special bánh mì, which are very good and light sandwiches. The flavors are bold but balanced, and the portions are generous. The bread is perfectly crispy and spongy and warm on the inside. The shop is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. They make their own pâté and homemade butter (with egg) that is spectacular and stands out compared to others. The taste reminded of the flavors in Vietnam. They also offer a kumquat drink that is refreshing and not too sweet, and a real Vietnamese coffee that is really really strong and bold, not acidic or sour. The menu is simple but well executed, and each sandwich is made with care. It is a convenient and reliable place for a satisfying meal on the go.
