Came here when they opened at 12 and I wish I would have kept walking and went to Ami. 1) They only had 1 worker, where's her help? 2) I had the Lucy Jucy burger, asked for grilled onions instead of regular onions and well done. The meat was red and undercooked, my burger was plain and the grilled onions were on the side. Wtf happened to the rest of the veggies on my burger ?!!! The waiter asked and somehow still wrote it wrong for the cook?! Or the cook? Idk someone dropped the ball here. 3) it took about 45min to an hour to receive our food and appetizer. 4) my baked potato was also trash 5) The appetizer was already cold 6) The restaurant itself was cute but my overall experience was a heck no, I'll never come here again!l especially the pricing of the nasty food. 7) The plus was the chili they're known for was good! I was able to try it from the appetizer. Do yourself a favor, eat somewhere else.

Disrespectful and Discriminatory service: do NOT go here. My family and I walked in and the waitress who was supposed to seat us rolled her eyes when we told her we had 7. She sighed and told us that all the tables were full (Even though we could see the restaurant was completely empty). She told us she had no where to serve except a small table at the front. Then she said “you can take that table or get out.” She was rude and short with us. I frankly did not know how to respond because we have never been talked to my service that way. Once my group sat down at the table that didn’t fit us, she threw our menus at us (yes, threw our menus at us!) and tossed our napkins at us so they scattered all over the floor and table. It was very clear she did want to serve our group, we felt she was being disrespectful and discriminatory. It’s really sad because we’ve heard great things about barneys, and our son goes to ucla so we were proud to celebrate him. I’ve never experienced such hostel service. We told the manager on duty about her, but I doubt they did anything about their staff, they seem to accept hate.

Loved the place, loved the vibe, loved the food, loved the service!!! What I loved the most was - The WAFFLE SUNDAE! Just like the menu suggests, a portion is perfect for sharing! It had ice-cream and whipped cream and chocolate and it still wasn't too sweet! I can't wait to come back for more!

It was my fiancé first time eating here and he absolutely loved it! Both of our waiters were super attentive and very friendly! The paloma drinks were really good, not too strong right on point.

Love me some Barney’s for game day for sure! Always quality service for some college game and we’ll sneak over for tennis. If it’s sports they have it or I kind find it in all of Pasadena. If Ace is working then the icing on the cake is complete.

I've enjoyed everything at Barney's so far! The ambiance is nice, the drinks are good, and I love the food. They have a delicious menu!! I had the Buffalo fried chicken sandwich with fries 10/10. My friend had the carne asada fries and she loved them. I ordered chicken taquitos, and they were plated differently than I expected but still super yummy. My favorite drink so far is the Mexican Candy shot. It's sweet and enjoyable. You can ask them to make it into a drink for you, and they will. For two Mexican candy shots, two Mexican candy drinks, carne asada fries, taquitos, and two Barneys Margheritas, it was about $133 without tip.

Loooooove Kyle at Barney's! Awesome tender! Been coming for a few weeks on Mondays, and he makes great drinks, is super approachable and chill, and has been really attentive every time I've visited so far! I'm a big onion ring ran, and the onion rings here are always great! Always crispy break apart easily upon biting. You don't take a bite and pull out a whole onion like low quality onion rings.

This place has been on my bucket list since the 1980's. There's a lot of great history in here and you can definitely feel it as soon as you walk in. The service was just average however we were there during a quiet time. The food was definitely worth the wait. We shared several things, and all of them were fantastic. I can see why this place has been here for as long as it has.

Great ambiance and fun bar food for a trivia night. I've eaten like half the menu. Pizza is the only miss.

This was such a fun bar to come to on the weekend! Came with a group of friends and got seated at a booth right away. Staff were super friendly and got our orders in and out right away. I ordered a mango margarita and it was so good- could barely taste the alcohol (but felt it for sure LOL). We also shared mozzarella sticks and their fried pickles- both crispy and delicious! There are two floors (though the upstairs wasn't open when I was there) and a heated patio outdoors, so ample space for parties. Decor was so fun as well, full of music references and colorful lights. My only qualm was how difficult parking was, but there are 90 minute street parking spots if you get lucky. Other than that, enjoyed my experience and will be trying other locations!
