Interesting way to present Korean food. I wonder if this is invented in the US! The food is good. There are many combinations based on the selections of vegetables and proteins! The restroom is clean and you need to get the code from staff to use it!
They basically have one menu item - a bowl which they assemble in front of you. But it can be one of a few predefined ones or one you specify which ingredients to include as you walk down their assembly line. Helpful staff assemble your bowl. Great food, everything we had was delicious (beef, chicken and pork bowls). Plus, awesome customer service! There was a mistake with my order and they were super apologetic, helpful and made it right. Definitely will order from them again.Dietary restrictions: Have soy free options (yay!)
