Very negative place especially for it being an ice cream and cake shop.asked for help with a cake the girl barely see the cakes so rude, then I asked nicely to write happy Birthday in BLUE she proceeds to grab RED icing and just starts writing on my cake. I said blue please she said without stopping it’s all I have. Didn’t even let me consent. Please train staff proper customer service skills.
Not even a hello when walking in. No sample offered. Baskin-Robbins do yourself a favor HIRE A NEW TEAM WHO ACTUALLY WANTS TO BE HELPFUL AND NICE!

There were 3 employees in the store and all 3 were decorating cakes. No one said anything to me. I had to wait for 1 of them to finish decorating a cake to take my order. This day BR had HORRIBLE customer service. There aren't many locations so I felt I had to stay and just wait for $14 ice cream.

Staff is not very helpful. All they say is I can order online but the option I would like is not showing online. Over the phone they have what I want to order and will take overnight to make but don’t take orders over the phone. Will not help with finding a solution for ordering a cake for a birthday.

‏Terrible service, I was in line for an hour until it was my turn, she told me to wait again and they only serve small children.

My experience here was very chill, I just came to get a nice chill ice cream and their service was the best and very helpful to where they wanted to make sure I got the right cone I wanted for the ice cream without just defaulting to the basic one. Overall, I liked my time here and would recommend this location of Baskin Robbins to anyone around the area and I’d definitely come by again.

Terrible customer service

The most shocking and distressing part of my visit, however, was the abhorrent behavior of the staff. The staff was discriminatory towards me, a person of color and minority. After I had made full payment online, they demanded an additional payment for the cake. When I refused, proving that I had already paid in full, one of the staff members literally ripped the cake out of my arms, in the process assaulting me and further damaging the cake. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, and I am still shaken by the incident.This traumatic experience at Baskin Robbins has severely impacted my view of the brand. It is with regret that I find myself rating this store with a single star. Their horrendous service, complete disregard for customer satisfaction, and, most importantly, aggressive and unacceptable behavior have left me with no other choice. Ice cream shops should bring smiles to people, not physical and verbal assault.I hope that my review will serve as a serious call to action for the management to not only address these service issues but to also ensure such horrifying incidents do not occur again.

Why In the world the workers don’t wear gloves?!?They touch ice cream and they all have such a long nails ?

Baskin-Robbins has been around for years and most of the them are the same. The service varies from place to place though. The service here is quite nice. They are a tad slow and don't tend to answer the phone, but they do get busy. The server that made our order was very sweet.We usually get a scoop in a cup, but this time my grandson wanted his ice cream in a cup they make that has a chocolate covered (with sprinkles) cone inside of it. He loved it. It was fresh and very tasty.All of their flavors are good and you will find something you like. You can also buy pints there of your favorite flavor and they have ready to buy cakes or you can order one to be made.Have a great time

If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would... Avoid this place if you can... Don't rely on them to know if their which of their ice creams are dairy free... Read their descriptions very very carefully (you might need a magnifying glass to do so since it is very tiny)... I am sensitive to dairy and I asked the person there which ice cream was dairy free... She told me that there was only one flavor. She did give me a taste, but the sample was so small that the dairy taste wasn't in the sample. I then ordered a scoop and when I took a real taste of the ice cream I could right away taste the dairy. I went back in to ask her if she was sure that it was dairy free to which she replied yes but that she will double check. It turns out it was not and that it contains dairy. They would not refund my money even though it was clearly their mistake when I specifically asked which flavors were dairy free... I will NEVER set foot in that place again. Learn your flavors and ingredients before serving or make the writing bigger so that people can actually see the contents of the ice cream...
