Very unaccommodating. I called to see if they can assist me in an order for the next day, and it was 3 hours short of the 24 hour window for orders and the lady didn’t even want to try and assist me m. I’ve ordered at other locations that were super helpful and I was disappointed that she didn’t even try.

I go today at this location at 9:30 pm they have to timing to close . But when we go over there the staff don't treat as a customer they don't want customers at that time. They like not served us happily.

Got yummy ice cream with my son here.
Nice place to sit in the AC and have a snack.

This store moved from Robertson to the La Cienega shopping center.

One of the attendants was annoyed that one of my grandkids wanted a taste of a flavor, not going back

Poor communication from the sales staff and NO customer service at all. Rude Kimberly and her companion who was afraid to give his name . When I asked for a manager of course they said she is not available the same thing that is ice cream -they refused to sell . Should these employees work for the company ?

I said blue please she said without stopping it’s all I have. Didn’t even let me consent. Please train staff proper customer service skills.

There were 3 employees in the store and all 3 were decorating cakes. No one said anything to me. I had to wait for 1 of them to finish decorating a cake to take my order. This day BR had HORRIBLE customer service. There aren't many locations so I felt I had to stay and just wait for $14 ice cream.

Staff is not very helpful. All they say is I can order online but the option I would like is not showing online. Over the phone they have what I want to order and will take overnight to make but don’t take orders over the phone. Will not help with finding a solution for ordering a cake for a birthday.
