Over the phone they have what I want to order and will take overnight to make but don't take orders over the phone. Will not help with finding a solution for ordering a cake for a birthday.

Had to try the Turkey Day Fixins' special flavor of the month!! I ordered a fresh packed container to bring home, and the person who helped me was really nice and did it so neatly. It's a little expensive but it's LA so I get it.

My experience here was very chill, I just came to get a nice chill ice cream and their service was the best and very helpful to where they wanted to make sure I got the right cone I wanted for the ice cream without just defaulting to the basic one. Overall, I liked my time here and would recommend this location of Baskin Robbins to anyone around the area and I’d definitely come by again.

WOW!! A year ago I left a review on this location. 3 different times over 4 months I went in for a Hot Fudge Sundae only to be told ALL 3 times they were OUT of Vanilla Ice Cream.Have not been back till last evening.Was craving a Hot Fudge Sundae and bit the bullet and drove over.What do you think they told me.WE'RE OUT OF VANILLA ICE CREAM!!Are you screwing with me???Did they see me coming???How can that be??I know exactly the answer.They didn't want to open a new container.Rude and LazyObviously Management sucks at this location.

The most shocking and distressing part of my visit, however, was the abhorrent behavior of the staff. The staff was discriminatory towards me, a person of color and minority. After I had made full payment online, they demanded an additional payment for the cake. When I refused, proving that I had already paid in full, one of the staff members literally ripped the cake out of my arms, in the process assaulting me and further damaging the cake. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, and I am still shaken by the incident.This traumatic experience at Baskin Robbins has severely impacted my view of the brand. It is with regret that I find myself rating this store with a single star. Their horrendous service, complete disregard for customer satisfaction, and, most importantly, aggressive and unacceptable behavior have left me with no other choice. Ice cream shops should bring smiles to people, not physical and verbal assault.I hope that my review will serve as a serious call to action for the management to not only address these service issues but to also ensure such horrifying incidents do not occur again.
It's good I got the flavor of the month PB&J, which was very tasty. Nothing wrong with the place. I just feels too expensive. In my opinion once in a while is fine.

Great location with parking. The place is new and clean, with indoor seating and restroom. Jerry who helped with our orders was amazing, offering samples, cups of water, and napkins before we left, making sure we had a great visit. Have to give it a try.

Baskin-Robbins has been around for years and most of the them are the same. The service varies from place to place though. The service here is quite nice. They are a tad slow and don't tend to answer the phone, but they do get busy. The server that made our order was very sweet.We usually get a scoop in a cup, but this time my grandson wanted his ice cream in a cup they make that has a chocolate covered (with sprinkles) cone inside of it. He loved it. It was fresh and very tasty.All of their flavors are good and you will find something you like. You can also buy pints there of your favorite flavor and they have ready to buy cakes or you can order one to be made.Have a great time
