My experience here was very chill, I just came to get a nice chill ice cream and their service was the best and very helpful to where they wanted to make sure I got the right cone I wanted for the ice cream without just defaulting to the basic one. Overall, I liked my time here and would recommend this location of Baskin Robbins to anyone around the area and I’d definitely come by again.

Baskin-Robbins has been around for years and most of the them are the same. The service varies from place to place though. The service here is quite nice. They are a tad slow and don't tend to answer the phone, but they do get busy. The server that made our order was very sweet.We usually get a scoop in a cup, but this time my grandson wanted his ice cream in a cup they make that has a chocolate covered (with sprinkles) cone inside of it. Ordered an ice cream cake on Monday to pick up Thursday. The young woman who took the order was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived to pick it up everyone was masked and social distancing. The cake was ready and a lady came out with it, and asked me if I would like her to add some pink hearts to the top of the cake. Both employees were a pleasure to deal with and I definitely recommend this Baskin-Robbins.
