It used to be a good spot where my family and friends get ice cream. Since the worker changed, hispanic girl working here is no bueno and they are not properly trained. No greetings no response and has attitude issue. Amigo before was way nice and friendly. Not going here anymore due to rude customer service.

Was there 10 mins before closing time bc I had a craving but they looked at me and locked the door on my face. I know it was close to closing time but if y'all can't keep the doors open, change the hours. Since y'all don't want me there, I guess I won't go :/

Whoever created my son's cake is horrible! I ordered the grillmaster cake but got something that does not look close to the picture! We can't even read "happy birthday Nolan" because it looks like smudge!!!! My son can make a better cake than this crap!

I always order online and I used to always have a good experience and now there's always something wrong. Last time they were out of the flavour I ordered and didn't take it off their menu and over 10 DD drivers tried to pick it up. No one tried to cancel the order or let me know. They never removed the flavour from being orderable either. This time I ordered a 24oz Fresh Pack and received a 12oz....
I love Baskin-Robbins's pistachio almond ice cream! :) The sweetness is just right and the textures of the almonds were so good. The service was amazing and I love how the employees here were super accommodating. They made sure that the tables were clean so that I could enjoy my ice cream while sitting down. I would definitely come back for another serving of ice cream! :)

Strawberry dragonfruit ice cream is PERFECT. Holy shit i'm shocked lmao it actually tastes like the actual fruits, you can taste each fruit individually, the combo is a match made in heaven, and most of all it's not too sweet! Recommend strawberry dragonfruit ice cream cake with chocolate base

All due respect, if your wrist is too fragile to scoop up the ice cream, don't work here. I don't want to buy a full pint of take home ice cream to find out that 1/3 of the pint is just empty.
