Pros: David was a very polite and helpful gentleman. He accidentally gave my reserved room to someone else, but respectfully asked them to relocate once he realized he made a mistake. He was super slammed so he forgot to show our group how to use the karaoke system, I had to ask him, and he helped us right away. We just visit to celebrate end of the year and Christmas but the place was fantastic to party.They said everything was remodeled so the sound system and facilities was perfect. Free entrees were good I definitely recommend this place I think Im gonna visit again pretty soon
