The service is excellent! The staff was warm and welcoming. I took my 93 year old mother for a special treat. Her favorite ice cream is strawberry and she was so excited that there was real strawberries in the ice cream. She has been having a hard time eating lately and seeing her devouring the ice cream was so wonderful. We had such a great time, My mom now wants to go regulary and visit with the staff!

This Baskin and Robbins had really gone down hill and I thought I would never go there again, but my grandson saw it and wanted ice cream so I relented. We also ordered his Birthday cake while we were there.The place at least has a few places to sit. That is nice.The service is still not great, but they are trying. It appears the employees are not happy with their jobs and I have no idea why. They are pretty slow. But they were nice enough, got our order right and charged us correctly,...
