I understand that at the end of your shift, you want to go home and chill, especially late at night. Customers don't need to see your frustration and that you're tired and take it out on them. Bad experience we had. That girl Alexandra was horrible at serving. Since we walked in, she had a really bad attitude. But not only her the other two employees that were with her too. I only saw about 8 ice-cream flavors, and whoever says a WIDE variety of flavors must have been smoking a good one!!!

The staff here is amazing. Every time we are in the area we stop at this location for a fresh scoop of deliciousness and a friendly face to say hello. Staff is very courteous and professional. Location is always clean and well maintained. Highly recommend! Keep up the good work!

And getting a Child's Size - Baby Doll - Ice Cream then this place is for you??? I questioned the woman - Natasha on name receipt. She said we weight it. No Value.

Racist. I’ll never go here again. I was waiting in line, the only minority, and they ignored me and asked the white folks behind me if they could take their order. When I questioned their action, the guys was like oh well. So I left. Don’t give money to businesses who don’t value you.

Delicious Ben & Jerry's ice cream

Ice cream tasted bland… which for Ben and Jerry’s is so puzzling. Extremely rude staff that made you feel as if you were insulting them by asking for a sample. Had a group of 5 and I was the only one who wasn’t sure what to get, but hard limited me to 2 samples. I offered to pay to sample one more but was met with disdain. My friend grabbed a sample for me and the cashier wanted to start a fight over it. I ended up getting a flavor, not liking it, and going to Walgreens to eat a pint instead.

Ice cream is always great, what more can I say? Nice that this place does validation for Ovation parking structure just ask at the register. The service here is friendly and quick to get you in and out. A lot of people stop here so plan for a line!

I recently visited the Ben & Jerry's store on Hollywood Blvd., LA. The taste of the ice cream was great, as expected. I got two scoops, and the flavors were rich and delicious. However, I was a bit disappointed with the waffle cone—it wasn't as crispy as I had hoped. Also, compared to what I expected, the amount of ice cream seemed a bit less. Overall, still a good experience, and I would give it a 4 out of 5.

Came in for the new mango flavor and it was great. Beach was so helpful and had SUCH great energy! Really made our day.

Ice cream with cookie dough is super delicious!!!!!
The chewy taste is excellent. It may contain a lot of milk cream, so eat with caution as it melts quickly.

Visited this location with family, had a very bad experience over all, the person serving the ice cream was very rude and not friendly at all! We had 5 kids with us and they wanted to try different flavors but she said no more samples after their second sample! Really! We had 5 kids waiting to try the ice cream and choose what they want. No receipt was given for purchase and we wanted to validate our parking ticket, she just tossed the validation ticket and walked away to get to the next customer! Very disappointed with their service!! Not recommending this location to anyone!!!
