The addition of a surprise 10th dish is a delightful touch. The service is top-notch, with attentive staff and a knowledgeable sommelier who recommends unique sakes. The restaurant's ambiance at Japan House is welcoming and cozy, providing a perfect setting for enjoying the carefully prepared and beautifully presented food. Chef Yoshitaka Mitsue is the one running around and taking care of everyone's dinner. The restaurant offers modern kaiseki cuisine using seasonal ingredients, and the menu changes quarterly. Customers describe the experience as excellent, with delicious dishes, perfect sake pairings, and genuine hospitality that leaves a lasting impression.
