I recently stopped by Benny's Tacos and had their asada chicken burrito, and wow, it was an absolute game-changer! The burrito was packed with tender, perfectly seasoned carne asada and juicy rotisserie chicken, wrapped in a warm, fresh flour tortilla. Every bite was bursting with authentic Mexican flavors—savory, smoky, and just the right amount of spice. The generous portions of rice, beans, and fresh toppings like pico de gallo and guacamole made it incredibly satisfying and delicious.What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was so nice and down-to-earth, greeting me with genuine smiles and making me feel right at home. The vibes at Benny's are unbeatable—lively, welcoming, and full of that classic LA energy. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or chilling on their cozy patio, the atmosphere is always amazing. I’m already craving another visit! Honestly really expensive for mid quality food and they forgot the carnitas that I paid $5 for!
Takeout order of carne asada in my burrito was chewy, there was connective tissue, it wasn't the steak as it should be, kinda ruined the whole experience. The staff seemed upset with me from the minute I walked in, I don't know them it's my second time there were no issues with them.

Absolutely the best I've had in many many years!! Although I arrived 15 minutes before close, the staff didn't miss a beat. Great customer service and perfect food quality. I've come here for years but never tried the breakfast Burritos...my new fav!

10/18/24 The worst service from a woman named “Teresa” who said she was a manager. So rude and extremely unprofessional.
We’ve been ordering from Benny’s through Uber Eats for a year now and we love the food. But they always short us out in our orders. We let it slide many times when they leave out the extra side orders of rice and beans, which is the only thing my daughter can eat because she suffers from a rare gastrointestinal syndrome. I always get the green enchiladas. And they have forgotten to add the lettuce and avocado that come with it.
After about 5 mistakes 5 different times, I made sure I called the restaurant directly after placing my orders to ensure we got everything we paid for and that went well.
So on September 30th we placed an order, I didn’t call to verify trusting that they would get it right after all the other times they didn’t, because we should not have to call a restaurant every time you order on Uber Eats to make sure the order is fulfilled correct.
Unfortunately they again shorted us on an order of rice and beans (we ordered 2). I called and spoke to a woman manager who’s name I don’t recall, who assured us that she would leave a note in the back with my name, phone number and order details, noting they would send us the side of beans and rice that they owed us on our next order, since we didn’t have the means to drive there that night to pick up the missing items. Which is the reason we ordered delivery.
Tonight 10/18/24 The female “manager” Teresa refused to honor the rice and beans that they rightfully owed us. She said many female employees were not working there anymore and she wanted the name of the manager we spoke to on 9/30/24. We are talking about two items that are priced at $2.99 each. I told her she could look up what manager was working that night. She refused to listen to me and was rude and unprofessional that I had to ask her for the owners name which she said “NO!”
We have sent so many friends and family to this place because we love the food but after this experience we will not. Teresa has absolutely no management skills. Please give her the well needed training or you will loose not only good customers but also good employees like the ones that left.

My family has been customers of this restaurant for many years, the employees are always very attentive and friendly, today we went as always for a shrimp quesadilla for my mother who is now 80 years old and we asked about the bathroom and they told us that It is only for employees... they have denied it to a lady and a disabled man, we did not get to borrow the bathroom without buying anything, we got to enjoy such good food as always, I feel disillusioned by such an attitude from the administrator, I hope change

I love Benny's food and have ordered there for years. Lately I like bringing my kids there for tacos after a day at the park. But believe me it's not a relaxing experience when the kids need to go and there's no restroom. Please try to address the no bathroom situation. The store next door has a nice bathroom so it's hard to believe why it's impossible at Benny's.
