10/18/24 The worst service from a woman named “Teresa” who said she was a manager. So rude and extremely unprofessional.
We’ve been ordering from Benny’s through Uber Eats for a year now and we love the food. But they always short us out in our orders. We let it slide many times when they leave out the extra side orders of rice and beans, which is the only thing my daughter can eat because she suffers from a rare gastrointestinal syndrome. I always get the green enchiladas. And they have forgotten to add the lettuce and avocado that come with it.
After about 5 mistakes 5 different times, I made sure I called the restaurant directly after placing my orders to ensure we got everything we paid for and that went well.
So on September 30th we placed an order, I didn’t call to verify trusting that they would get it right after all the other times they didn’t, because we should not have to call a restaurant every time you order on Uber Eats to make sure the order is fulfilled correct.
Unfortunately they again shorted us on an order of rice and beans (we ordered 2). I called and spoke to a woman manager who’s name I don’t recall, who assured us that she would leave a note in the back with my name, phone number and order details, noting they would send us the side of beans and rice that they owed us on our next order, since we didn’t have the means to drive there that night to pick up the missing items. Which is the reason we ordered delivery.
Tonight 10/18/24 The female “manager” Teresa refused to honor the rice and beans that they rightfully owed us. She said many female employees were not working there anymore and she wanted the name of the manager we spoke to on 9/30/24. We are talking about two items that are priced at $2.99 each. I told her she could look up what manager was working that night. She refused to listen to me and was rude and unprofessional that I had to ask her for the owners name which she said “NO!”
We have sent so many friends and family to this place because we love the food but after this experience we will not. Teresa has absolutely no management skills. Please give her the well needed training or you will loose not only good customers but also good employees like the ones that left.

My family has been customers of this restaurant for many years, the employees are always very attentive and friendly, today we went as always for a shrimp quesadilla for my mother who is now 80 years old and we asked about the bathroom and they told us that It is only for employees... they have denied it to a lady and a disabled man, we did not get to borrow the bathroom without buying anything, we got to enjoy such good food as always, I feel disillusioned by such an attitude from the administrator, I hope change

I love Benny's food and have ordered there for years. Lately I like bringing my kids there for tacos after a day at the park. But believe me it's not a relaxing experience when the kids need to go and there's no restroom. Please try to address the no bathroom situation. The store next door has a nice bathroom so it's hard to believe why it's impossible at Benny's.
My favorite taco spot that is a permanent establishment. Their rotisserie chicken is perfect. Also barbacoa is one of the favorites!

I've been a frequent customer since trying them weeks ago. So far I've only had their chicken bowl! Their chicken is amongst the best I've had (maybe ever). And they aren't stingy with how much food they give you. That chicken bowl is easily two meals for me. All the ingredients are made fresh.

They took my one star rating off. Don’t eat there very dirty employees. I saw an employee filling chips in bags with bare hands than took money from customers than without washing his hand continued outing chips in bags. This happened before and I told owner about it but it didn’t do any good. Employees don’t listen to him or he didn’t tell them .

3rd time visiting BENNYS TACOS....no Chiken so disappointed ?

We get things to go. Busy here so we always get things to go. Good burritos and tostadas but my favorite are the hard shell tacos.
Make sure to ask for extra salsa.. they only give a few unless you ask. It is out to go place so I do recommend it!

The food and its ingredients are always top shelf. I recommend this restaurant over so many other "high traffic" locations just due to the quality. And the price is right too!!
