Hands down the best, most authentic birria I've had im my life. One bite and it feel like I'm back in Michocan. Everything is good the tortillas, consume, salsa, and of course the meat. Easy 5 out of 5 stars, simply the best 👌

Only in my humble opinion the Guero should ask for more hygiene,
The person who makes the tortillas dropped one on the floor where he was standing
I only lift it with my hand
I take it to the trash
And without washing his hand he continued on his task
I think he should have washed his hands!!
