Love me some birria de res. It’s been a while since I had it so I placed an order via Postmates and my day was made. Same great taste, tender beef, and flavorful consomé. This is the only place I get birria from!

My favorite birria place I've tried this side of the border. The food is excellent and it reminded me of my time living in Tijuana.

To try birria for the first time and the food was AMAZING AND DELICIOUS! The flavors of the meat and consume were perfect. You get nice shareable size portions and the service was great. Will eat there again and recommend to everyone!

A taco is $4.59 plus tax and they are tiny. I DNT like vendors taking advantage of public.

Birrieria Los Gonzalez is a hidden gem that delivers some of the best birria I’ve ever had. From the moment you pull up to the food truck on Maple Ave, you know you’re in for something special. The aroma alone is enough to get your mouth watering.
I ordered the quesatacos and a side of consommé—and wow. The birria is incredibly tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. The crispy cheese on the tacos takes it to another level, and the consommé is rich, savory, and perfect for dipping.
Service was fast and friendly, and even though it’s a food truck, everything was clean and organized. It’s cash-only, so come prepared, and be mindful of parking in the area.
If you’re a fan of birria, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back—probably sooner than I should!
