Kid-friendliness: If you have wild, rambunctious children, it's not kid-friendly, because they can get hurt in that small space acting crazy. If your kids are bad, take 'em to McDonalds, instead 😂

Staff are not helpful at all. They mess up with the order and they have no patience to listen. Although 7 people work in the shift. They still do not give good service.

I hardly write reviews, but my experience here was so bad that I just need to share it. I called twice ahead of time to verify that their ‘grand reopening’ promotion was all day (10/17/24). Upon arriving, I was greeted by an extremely rude staff member who informed me that they were no longer offering the promotion because there were too many people. I understand the logistics of this, but advertising a promotion online and me calling twice ahead of time to confirm followed by arbitrarily cancelling it is just bad customer service. It’s not really about the money (like $10), it’s just in principle why advertise something to customers if you can’t keep your word…

My pizza was delicious, but it was served on a dirty serving plate coated with cinnamon sugar and butter. This makes me think they don't wash these plates, which is disgusting. Other people's hands have been on them.

If you want have a pizza here, or pretty much any other Blaze Pizza branch you better stay in the line and order instead of doing an online order. If you do it online, you will likely get half of the toppings you choose and the ones you do get are half as much compared to order in person
