Not sure if the cashier was racist or sexist or something but she gave the guy before me a cup of water, but when I asked for one she said “no unfortunately we don’t give water right now.” When I asked why she gave the guy before me a cup of water but I can’t get one, she just said it’s because there’s a line and she wants to get through the line as fast as possible. But there was a line this whole time, even when the guy before me asked for water.

Cannot stop eating at this place! You can choose between multiple different sauces and cheeses, and they have so many different toppings. Pizza always tastes fresh and is made to order.

Sauce isn’t evenly spread at times, as well as toppings. And they can’t seem to cut the pizza properly, which is annoying. Crust is usually burnt as well.

The employees here are so inconsiderate and disrespectful. They are lazy and don’t go their job. There was 10 people behind the counter and it still took them 10 minutes before they even took my order, and I was the only one in line. And on top of them making me wait longer than when there is a line out the door, the manager Kai is extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to serve me because I asked for a sauce drizzle and when I had asked why it was taking over 20 min to make the pizza and it hadn’t even gone in the oven yet. All the other 10 employees were laughing and completely ignoring the customer, me, in line. Also the guy making the pizza aside from the manager is yelling out rude remarks. The manager also made some inappropriate comments that I can go into further detail about with a higher up. This location is one of the worst I have been to. Their attitude is disgusting.

This blaze pizza location was by far the worst location I had ever been to. disregard the fact that it was completely empty and it took 20 minutes to take my order yet they were OVER staffed, the manager is the most disrespectful human being. He lacked accommodation, respect, and basic human decency. If i am a PAYING customer i should be receiving what i ask for. I left without any food because speaking to these employees made me lose my appetite. it’s blaze pizza, the food isn’t coming out of your check. do and act better.

Just really bad service. Some employees here are simply awful people, disgustingly impolite, and utterly discriminatory. Things you won't expect from young students, especially from Los Angeles. No, seriously I don't know why they work as a service personnel with that kind of attitude.
