Upset that restaurant ignored our party for twenty minutes even though we were seated first. Other tables were served, ate and left before us. Would give zero stars if I could. My son was crying. When I asked to be next, they said they were busy. Never coming back.

Vietnamese restaurant located in the Chinatown of Los Angeles, which serves dishes from the country that are well served and generous, in a clear, clean and spacious place with very friendly service.

3.25 overallI've walked by this place every time we're in Chinatown and decided to give it a try. We got the chicken pho and it was surprisingly pleasant. It wasn't anywhere as bad as I thought it would be given the area and location... I was expecting dilluted broth that tasted very watery with no flavor lol. But instead it tastes like legitimate pho. The shredded white chicken pairs perfectly with the broth. The broth was slightly sweet upon first sip but nothing overbearing. It is a clear, clean, simple broth and would probably be most suited for cold days or if you're feeling sick, etc. It has a hearty, cozy home made taste to it. We also got the banh mi sandwich (grilled pork) and that was pretty decent, it did the job. And to top it off, the black yunnan hot tea was lovely. It paired geniusly well with the pho on a cold winter evening. The black Yunnan tea is comforting, earthy and soothing... This place is a legitimate pho establishment. In any case, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back here - it's not the best pho I've ever had but if you like pho and you're already in the area then yes I'd stop by to have a bowl for yourself.

We went to Blossom in search of good pho since the place we usually go was closed. They did not disappoint! I ordered the vegetarian pho which had a super delicious broth with a pleasant ginger flavor. The tofu and veggies were good we well. Blossom is located in a historic square in Chinatown that should not be missed. Great ambiance and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend.

Blossom never disappoints for delicious, fresh Vietnamese food in the heart of China Town. Everything we've ordered has been yummy. Service is also excellent and professional. We make a point to eat here whenever we make it to downtown LA. The atmosphere is really laid back and chill. Love this place.

I'm rarely in the mood for pho (my tastes lean towards the more ingredient-laden bun bo hue, mi quang, bun rieu etc) but when I am in the mood for pho, I'm pretty picky about it, and Blossom's was good. No vying flavors overshadowing the deep meaty base, just rich and plain and still enough to stand on its own with only rare steak as a topping. The noodles were great - not floury but not all clumped together either.I usually also like to get tendon, but the only way to get here is to order it with everything else - brisket, tripe, beef ball and all. (Although I'm sure if I had asked they would have been flexible.)

Love the food here! Delicious, serene, and fast service. The thai peanut sauce is a personal favorite and so if the shaken beef. Their pho is delicious and the meat hangs off the bone! Definitely recommend this place

In the heart ♥️ of LA’s China Town is the Sage Blossom eatery.I go there with friends to enjoy some of the best Vietnamese food in the region. The delicious curries, soups, noodles, salads, sandwiches, spicy rice and savory rolls will feed your hungry spirit and nourish your soul. The service is always excellent and freshly prepared dishes are served quickly. This place is nostalgic for me. I’ve been eating here for many years. It’s so good! I’ve always had a magical experience. The interior is a gallery space: a clean, clear, crisp moderne setting that hosts local art on a large scale. It’s an atmospheric delight with shops bustling outside and rows of beautiful ceramic jars on the shelves at the bar.Extra tall-wide windows and open air seating frames the colorful displays for shoppers and passersby! They always prepare a satisfying meal for lunch and/or dinner where I meet with ckuents and friends. We happily dine at Sage ??Blossom.I highly recommend it.

This place was recommended by a friend of mine and he didn't steer me wrong. we opted to seat next to the windows so we can get the night breeze. The guy was prompt to take our order and bring us water, soon after the spring rolls and delicious Vietnamese coffee arrived. The beef sandwich was really good, the bread was crunchy and fresh. As far as my pho ga, it was ok, it was a big portion of soup but didn't have enough noodles. They had a lot of To go orders being picked up and the guy did a good job to attending to both customers but he could definitely use some help.

The people are so nice and I have great memories getting the soups here but the most recent Friday I came by, the team seemed really understaffed. The FM radio music really killed the vibe. Maybe it was just that day? Otherwise, we did enjoy the dinner. The Fried egg roll was alright, but the banh xeo wasn't crispy enough and had less filling than expected. I would skip these and go for the pho instead. Bun Rieu is also a fabulous option. The soups here are lighter than other places, so less likely to feel tired or bloated after. Seating can be tough for large groups, so please plan ahead by getting there early. It's easier to seat groups of two to four people. Lots of folks ordering to go. I wish this business the best, and I think I'd come back next time I'm in Chinatown craving Vietnamese food.

Cute and clean place! Easy quick lunch and friendly service!I got fresh rolls and pork chops over rice.Fresh rolls wrapped well… not broken. Used fresh tofu not the baked or fried one. The shrimp & pork rolls were ok, the pork a little bit dry.Pork chops were nicely cooked but it was on the salty side probably from the marinating.Overall not a bad spot if you need some food in the area.I will come back for the Bun Noodle.Vegetarian options: There are tofu with vegetables dishes!
