Bluestone Lane Brentwood Coffee Shop

100% my new favorite Bluestone lane Cafe location in LA! So much seating, so much natural light, bright and airy and the staff is so nice and friendly. Special shout out to DK, the barista (I hope I’m not butchering his name), but he was the sweetest guy ever. Definitely going here more often. Amazing WFH option.

Such a cozy spot with really cute decor and super friendly staff. We ordered the avocado toast, a blueberry muffin, and a couple drinks, and everything was genuinely so good. I even grabbed another drink to go before leaving because I liked it that much. Definitely one of my favorite coffee spots in LA right now.

Thursday, January 22, 2026 @ 9:39am - Customer service sucked today! (Anna) The young lady who took my order, never smiled at me, was very dry and didn't seem like she wanted to help me at all. I didn't feel welcomed. THEN she messed up my simple espresso order!! I asked for oatmilk but she entered almond milk instead. She then walked away without a thank you, still NO SMILE. I had to personally ask for my receipt. That's how I was able to catch the error when I saw my receipt. One last note.... I watched her interaction with the next customer after me and she actually greeted her with more energy, which included a smile!! Do better, Miss Anna!!! (side note: The avocado toast was yummy, tho!) Gentle reminder to my tribe: GO WHERE YOU'RE CELEBRATED AND NOT JUST TOLERATED- IYKYK

The customer service was pretty terrible. I waited for someone to take my order for 10 minutes. I am sure if the person working in the back didn't see me I would have been waiting for a long time. The barista did not apologize for the wait at all. Then when my order came, the barista barely acknowledged me to pick up my order.

Really unfortunate because I have been to other Bluestones and never had an issue. Also the set up and decor was really nice. The terrible customer service was such a major turn off for me

EDIT: Ok maybe I am pissed off before coffee in the morning but give your barista girl a raise she always with this blank poker face and takes 6 minutes to just hand an actual drip coffee like please. She clearly hates her job, sorry girl to call you out but we all gotta hustle.

It is the 10th time I ask you guys to keep the hot brew coffee at actual hot temperature, you keep serving lukewarm hot brew coffee. Having good beans and you mess it up this bad is laughable.

We come to Bluestone Lane in Brentwood when we have our appointment in the building. I had to quickly take this picture before we devoured the blueberry muffin. It doesn’t even compare to a Starbucks – – this one here is so amazing! Bryan L. provided friendly, excellent service and even brought the copies out to us. Also, their coffee is excellent. I had a latte my husband had a cappuccino.
