The customer service was pretty terrible. I waited for someone to take my order for 10 minutes. I am sure if the person working in the back didn't see me I would have been waiting for a long time. The barista did not apologize for the wait at all. Then when my order came, the barista barely acknowledged me to pick up my order.

Really unfortunate because I have been to other Bluestones and never had an issue. Also the set up and decor was really nice. The terrible customer service was such a major turn off for me

EDIT: Ok maybe I am pissed off before coffee in the morning but give your barista girl a raise she always with this blank poker face and takes 6 minutes to just hand an actual drip coffee like please. She clearly hates her job, sorry girl to call you out but we all gotta hustle.

It is the 10th time I ask you guys to keep the hot brew coffee at actual hot temperature, you keep serving lukewarm hot brew coffee. Having good beans and you mess it up this bad is laughable.

We come to Bluestone Lane in Brentwood when we have our appointment in the building. I had to quickly take this picture before we devoured the blueberry muffin. It doesn’t even compare to a Starbucks – – this one here is so amazing! Bryan L. provided friendly, excellent service and even brought the copies out to us. Also, their coffee is excellent. I had a latte my husband had a cappuccino.

Tucked away from the usual Brentwood bustle sits Bluestone Lane, a hidden oasis that feels like discovering a secret garden. The outdoor seating area is absolutely stunning - lush greenery surrounds comfortable seating arrangements that somehow manage to feel both sophisticated and inviting at the same time.

I started my morning with their breakfast croissant sandwich and was blown away by the quality. The croissant itself was perfectly flaky and buttery, filled with fresh ingredients that complemented each other beautifully without overwhelming the delicate pastry. Every bite was a perfect balance of flavors.

To complement my meal, I tried one of their custom smoothies - a refreshing blend that was clearly made with premium ingredients. You can taste the difference when a place doesn't cut corners, and Bluestone Lane certainly doesn't.

The staff (Anna & Ryan are stars!) was kind and attentive, and the overall atmosphere encourages you to linger a while longer with your coffee. Whether you're looking for a peaceful spot to work remotely or a charming setting for catching up with friends, this Australian-inspired café delivers on all fronts. One of my go to places in the area to grab a bite and a coffee while working! Make sure your computer is charged but the WiFi works fast. The employees are very kind and welcoming and it’s a bright, comfortable atmosphere. My favorite coffee here is their Magic drink.
