BOILER 설렁탕 is a great tasty food restaurant and a perfect place for family gatherings. The restaurant serves delicious boiling beef soup and galbi Jjim (Korean Beef boiling with soy sauce). The ribs are perfectly seasoned and cooked just right, and the soups are rich, flavorful, and satisfying. The family who runs the place is genuinely kind and attentive. The space itself is modern, clean, and welcoming.
The seolleongtang broth is thick and good just like homemade. The galbijjim and tteokgalbi melt in the mouth. The soju and beer are cheap too, making it a perfect place for hangover soup. Customers may end up drinking since the foods are so good.
For those who prefer to enjoy at home, frozen seollungtang is available to boil at home. The soup has a deep, rich, and nourishing flavor, and the portions are very generous for such a reasonable price. A spicy version and even smaller portions for kids are offered. BOILER 설렁탕 is highly recommended for authentic, comforting Korean soup.
