Ive been coming to Bonjuk for almost a decade and have followed them from their location on Wilshire, then Western and now at 6th! Their porridge quality is TOP TIER and I love getting it on rainy days, in the winter, when Im feeling sick etc. I always feel soo much better after eating it, its so hearty and healthy and I love that it comes with the sides (radish soup, beef, sauce etc). In the past, if you asked me to share it with you, I would give it to you.
Now, maybe it's because of the cost of the container, but they don't split it into two.
I can't even eat it all.
Anyway, it's best when you're sick or have no appetite.

Delicious and comforting! BokJuk LA serves rich, flavorful porridge with fresh ingredients and perfect seasoning. The kimchi and sides were amazing, and the service was friendly. A must-try for Korean comfort food lovers!
