Everything was great but when you see dine in customers get charged a 20% gratuity it puts a sour taste in your mouth. Funny thing is I probably would have tipped more but when I see that I dont tip anything on top of it.
Extremely expensive for breakfast foods and the buffet, not to mention the mandatory 20% gratuity automatically applied, but I personally really loved my breakfasts here during my 1 week stay at the Sheraton. The service was impeccable, everyone eventually knew me by name and was quick to fill me up on black coffee and ample portions of cream.

Maria, Lorena and the team were amazing and incredibly accommodating, helping me create a private setting for a business meeting when other arrangements fell through. Definitely a great experience and one I would highly recommend!
