My delivery order only had 1 of 3 made items correct. Salad has no dressing sent with it, even thought it was on my order. The sandwich was toasted even though it said regular (not toasted) which wilted all the spinach on a sandwich I planned to save for breakfast. The kids sandwich was actually correct, thank goodness bc she has high sensory needs.All ingredients were fresh at least so we pulled the wilted items off and still have something for tomorrow. I can always count on the ingredients in a Subway sandwich -- predictable and consistent. What makes a difference in the stores is the personnel. This shop is run by two of the most friendly and efficient sandwich builders I have encountered in a long time. It was a joy to eat there two times on this trip. I will return.

The older latino server has the worst attitude. I can't understand why people with zero patience get into customer service jobs. I politely asked if they had swiss cheese to which he responded with an attitude which continued till I left the store. The place itself is really clean and food was good as well. Too bad they hire folks with zero tolerance.
