Just purchased a coffee through the drive through on Venice and Hughes. I paid by credit card. As the transaction was processing the cashier told me their app was asking if I'd like to leave a tip. I have never been asked this before. I felt like it was an attempt to shame me into leaving one. Is this a directive from management? If so, maybe they need to pay their employees more.
