Sorry but I do not get the hype. The biggest turn off for me was the tortilla - it was too thick and dry. The salsa was meh. The meats were okay, but the tortilla just dont cut it.
There's plenty of way better tacos out on the East side.

This is the most ridiculously overrated taco stand in LA. Huge burritos. Super friendly, But their food is average at best. I can think of three places off the top of my head with better street tacos. Their salsa verde was also pretty flavorless. I really wanted to like these guys! 7/10.

This place has one of the best pastor tacos in LA. Their meats are well seasoned and are not dry. Their salsas have great flavor and heat.
The lines can be long but it is worth the wait. You just can't beat this place when it comes to taste, quality, and price.
Just bad group mentality follow the herd at it again. 10$ burrito gives you Delhi belly and a bunch of lard. You can get much better Mexican food than this from proper businesses
