Visited from the midwest and was told to stop here. What a beautiful experience. The fish was so delicate and delightfully prepared. The rice was out of this world. A quaint and memorable experience in the big city!
I went here tonight for my birthday. It was actually my first time here. I always drive by every morning and said to myself that I wanted to give it a shot. As others mentioned, if you are looking for a quiet, family-run sushi place with really excellent, traditional sushi, this is your place. It looks like it is owned by an older couple.We did omakase, and honestly EVERY sushi was 10/10. Service was 10/10. Awesome spot.

Shockingly fresh sushi (everything we ordered!) in this hole in the wall - highly recommend! Even did the high end sushi place thing where sometimes sushi is seasoned / specific approach to the sushi is recommended based on seasonality / preparation. This is going to be our neighborhood spot for sure. Don’t sleep on this place!
