I ask if it comes with everything they said just not tomatoes but the rest yes but then when I got it no lettuce what's a burger with noooo lettuce....I paid for tomatoes yes but the she said the rest yess so why did it not come with lettuce...

Well. I'm not an advocate of fast food, but we all give in sometimes. I had the pleasant experience of the drive thru at BK. A guy asked what I wanted, and then was super helpful, patient, and just made my day. I do BK because I usually like the food. Avery now and then an exceptional person says a place apart. I didn't get his name; however, he was truly a nice break. So kudos for a friendly person at Burger King! He made the food taste better, just by being nice.

I visited the restaurant today and left my bag there. I recalled 2 hours later and call them immediately. The staffs there kept my bag safely without losing anything. Thank you so much!!!
Updating my review to reflect the fact that the last few times I've been here the service has been amazing. There is a gentleman with the "radio announcer" voice that sometimes works the drive-thru that is particularly great at his job. His upbeat energy and positivity is really something special. Also this morning (8-27-22) around 9AM, I was helped by a wonderful lady at the drive-thru. She was very courteous and kind. I hope the managers see this, because both of these folks go above and beyond for the customers.

I wish to compliment the young man at the drive thru line tonight. Managers if you're seeing this, its Monday june 20, 2022 just after 9pm. My order number was 71 if it points to whomever the employee was because receipt doesn't give me a name. I think we dont take into consideration fast food employees in the reviews because we honestly just here for the food which was on par as far Burger King goes. This gentleman employee was superb in his speech and comport, professionalism, etc. Since we all know the food will 99% come out the same as expected, (and it was good), then special attention to communication over the speaker box is key to whole transaction. He repeated the order and frankly had such a good attitude about it, it made me calm my own outside frustrations. I hope he sees this and succeeds at whatever his future endeavors be.

Let’s start it by saying, This is the worst Burger King location! My reasons are: fast food, not slow food! I didn’t go inside the restaurant, went through the drive-thru and no one was behind us and it took them 10 mins to give me my food. Then, when I grab a fries it was cold! Another reason, I asked for ranch and bbq sauce and she handed me 1 of each. I did asked if I can have 1 more ranch and 1 more bbq and she said I have to pay for it! What!! Greedy employees!
