The charcuterie board, harvest bowl w/ Mary's chicken, and the Campanella were all fresh, appropriate temps and well presented. The servers were amazing. The hosts at the entrance seemed a bit frazzled despite it not being too busy. Overall another great experience.
The food is outstanding, surprisingly so, but on a recent lunch service was agonizingly slow. About 10 minutes after being seated for a waiter to arrive, after wine ordered, another 10 minutes, etc. Regrettably, they organize wait staff by table, who steadfastly decline to service tables outside their assignment.
Me and my family were finally able to try the Restaurant at the Getty and we are so glad we did! We went in for lunch service on a Saturday. Everything we tried was amazing and flavorful! The presentation on the dishes was a 10/10. The service was attentive and the views are to die for! I would love to come back and try their brunch service and dinner service. I am hoping to stop by here during future visits to the museum. This fine dining experience is so worth it!
