My first time going here & althoughthe food was really tasty my experience was ruined by the poor customer service. It was annoying to receive attitude from the staff lots eye-rolling and spoke in a childish manner when confronted about making a mistake with the ordering processThe attitude was making it difficult for me to fully enjoy my meal.

Experience Cafe Rio for yourself!! If you haven't been to Cafe Rio yet you definitely need to come. The service was exquisite. Friendly & knowledgeable staff who know how to recommend a good dish. As soon as I arrived the staff asked if it was my first time there & they did a welcome song. Which was very unexpected but welcoming. I had their Pork Barbacoa (Barbacoa de puerco) as it's their most famous & specialty as per the staff. I requested it be prepared...

The food was excellent and the service there was outstanding Nikki was a great help she went about and beyond her duties to make sure everything was perfect for our dinning experience and that's the reason we will definitely be coming back for more o hope she is a valued employee
